Cancellation policy

Full payment for the Dhikala leg required at booking (Forest Dept policy). 50% refund if cancelled 60+ days before travel. No refund for the Dhikala portion if cancelled within 45 days. Train tickets non-refundable.

Payment terms

30% to confirm booking & hold train tickets. Balance 15 days before departure. Payments via UPI, NEFT or card.

What if Dhikala booking does not come through?

We offer an upgraded alternative: 1 extra night at Gairal FRH (Dhikala zone, riverside) + an additional safari, plus a partial price adjustment.

Is Dhikala safe for senior citizens?

Yes, the FRH is well-protected and the canter safari is seated. However, mobility inside the FRH is on uneven paths — recommended for those comfortable walking.

What food is served at Dhikala FRH?

Basic vegetarian meals — dal, sabzi, rice, roti. Quality is simple but freshly cooked. Non-veg is not permitted inside Dhikala.
